About Idea Wheel Creation House
IWCH is an established business in Washington State (2023).
The concept has been percolating in development for more than a decade before its incorporation as a business. The Services side of IWCH takes advantage of Billy’s unique management and improvisational skillset to empower and support individuals and businesses to rise to their potential and create/operate/proceed with confidence. The Projects side of the business is an engine for creation primed for one or many collaborators in various forms of media and entertainment, including writing and producing feature films, television/streaming series, stage plays, graphic novels and books, podcasts, board and video games, and more.
Idea Wheel Creation House is a collaboratively minded organization which will bring its unique voice and perspective to the works
it creates and imbed itself into the culture of the
present moment and the trajectory of the future.
Idea Wheel is owned and operated by Billy Tierney.
Billy is a master of improvisation and has performed and taught the craft for decades.
In addition, he has spent his adult life employed in the industries of
theatre, non-profit, food, poker, and grocery.
He has performed in more than 1000 improvisation shows and
acted in 3 plays, including a one-man show.
Billy has taught applied improvisation to a couple industry leaders along with many more small businesses and has taught performance improvisation to kids and adults of all ages.
He balances self-confidence with sincere humility. He does not believe all that he thinks.
He has learned to learn by listening and staying present. Billy believes that everyone has uniqueness and value to offer. One of the many life lessons he’s learned is that, often in situations, an excellent outcome is reached by simply staying respectful, present, and curious while engaging your best self to allow solutions to emerge.
Billy’s skills are extensive, and have a foundation in management, creative problem solving, and self-development. He has a workable understanding of computer hardware and software, both PC and Mac, CRM management, Adobe Suite, Microsoft apps, Google, ChatGPT, Social media, donor management and non-profit development strategy, financial and budget management, human emotions, navigating difficult situations, matching or disassociating from another person’s energy, the internal world and self-development, conscientious breath and body work, and taking self responsibility. He is always trying to add to his list of workable understandings.
